Is this right, fully comp insurance had accident other person took full responsibility, churchill assessed my car said it was not worth fixing. They then told me what it was worth (£***) when I asked how they arrived at that I was told that they took £50 off for rust £50 off because the paint on roof was flat £40 off because I asked for my radio back as it was a present.
I also had a call from other persons car insurance telling me that churchill had not contacted them and what was happening. Who does CHURCHILL work for it does not feeln they have done me any favours.
