    Damaged Furniture

I ordered some dining furniture, when delivered the table & chairs were damaged, but the sideboard was fine.
The shop arranged for replacement table & chairs to be delivered and the damaged goods to be picked up.
The delivery man delivered new items and wouldn't pick up the damaged good as it wasn't on his list. After speaking to the store they told the delivery man to pick up the damaged goods at the end of the day.
The delivery man never turned up, the replacement items also turned out to be damaged, but they also delivered another good sideboard.
When i contacted the store they had no clue that the delivery man never came to pick up the original goods. And they had no idea an extra sideboard was delivered. The store said they would again delivery new table and chairs.

Considering the hassle i have through and twice taken time off work to wait for goods, would it be wrong for me not to mention the extra sideboard and still having the first batch of goods.
    Please advise.
