maxsteam is right. A few years back i wasn't on the electoral roll as i'd moved out from my parents into a new flat. I couldn't get credit for anything despite having an excellent credit score.

Different reference agencies have different ways to calculate scores and different lenders have different lending criteria but, however good everything else is, you wont get any major finance unless you are on the electoral role.

Does anyone know how many points can be added to your credit report if you are registered with your current address and appear on the Electoral Roll? I'm approimately 80 points away from a Good Credit Report. Is it going to be near 100 points once I appear on the Electoral Roll?
