Ive currently got a contract with orange., which i can upgrade in april. I did have samsung toco but the touch has broken on it which orange will not replace. Is there anyway i can keep the same contact but transfer to a new one so im starting a new contract now and adding the remaining months that i have still got on to my new contract.?

If you buy a new phone that isn't locked to any network (visit CarPhoneWarehouse, perhaps) you can take the sim card out of the broken phone and put it in the new phone. You should then be able to keep the contract going until it finishes.
