Just folow the instructions on penaltycharges.co.uk. Everything you need is there. You go through the court not the Ombudsman to claim your charges. As i have said before totally free and non profit making.

Had a letter this week from my bank stating " no to the charge backs. They included the ombudsman details. Do I know send letters to them ??? Reading this site and many others seems people are getting someone with their banks. What am I doing wrong ???

Any help would be great.
