Car Insurance - Two drivers with one car

Until recently my wife and I each had our own cars and separate insurance. I have now sold my car and we will both drive her's from now on. Ideally I would like to find an insurance policy where we are both "main drivers" and can both earn no claims bonus as we will both use the car the same amount. However, this doesn't seem possible. The only option I can see is to take out a policy where one person is the main driver and the other a named driver. The named driver can earn a no claims discount if they take out a policy of their own in the future with that insurer.

Can you advise me on the best course of action to take please?
