Hi - Take the agreements and all documentation you have to your local CAB for their inspection, they will be able to let you know if everything is in order, if not they would be able to assist further.

Got a hire purchase agreement via bank of Scotland from the car shop but part of the figures don't add up.

When I purchase the car the car shop agreement was for £8047 with a deposit of £1000 but then when I looked at it on the bank of Scotland agreement it says that its £8647 with a deposit of £1600. Do I have a case that the hire purchase is incorrect?

Also they are charging me £4486.20 interest which I think is a unfair rate but don't think I would have a case on that.
