We are looking at the woolwich offset mortgage, we have a £70000 deposit, and want to borrow £129500, the house is worth £185500
basically, my other half has a great credit history but mine is pants, will we get a mortgage joint or would it be better for other half to do a single application, Our current mortgage is soley in their name?
Woolwich seem to do it on affordability so if we take the £400 a month i earn off the income would that mean we wouldnt qualify as a single too?
Which so you think would be better.
