hi was wondering if me and my girlfriend would be able to get a mortage for a new house,just sold our first house but have 8000 outstanding debt and i have a bad credit rating but girlfriend has fantastic rating we would be puting down 20000 deposit on new house would we be able to get a mortage for 160000 with this and my rating and debt?
