Evening all
I am buying a new car early next year and the car dealership has offered me a 48hr test drive so I can check I like the car and also make sure it fits into my garage etc. The only problem is 2 years ago I was banned from driving for 9 months and I am struggling to find any insurance company that will offer short term insurance to anyone who has been banned from driving within 5 years! I can get 12 month policies no problem, I just can't get a short term one! Even the dealers insurance company will not cover me. I am hoping someone on here has experience of this and can help?
