They told me on the sunday that they would ring me on the following tuesday to give me a date , they never rang ! I ended up ringing them two days later.....they have promised me they will get back to me this week with a delivery date. on the form there were no conditions on the reverse...watch this space !

it is a brand new car but not being made to order....I was quite happy about the deal at the time and I guess I will go through with but I just wanted an opinion on where you stand legally if you wanted to cancel..... I guess if they give me a delivery date...and its not met...maybe I have some comeback > Thanks M
