conmankiller: Graeme - I dare you to stand outside the grounds of a proper club like, "Old Trafford" on a match day, with a begging bowl and placard asking for contributions. : --- )
CMK,
Old Trafford.......Ahhh, knew you was a sound geezer
Graeme,
Your fiance popped in the Winchester tonight, Dave told her you your membership ...

Just googled Hansen's 1997 Football investment, and it closed 5 years later after losing 50% of share value.....
He was looking to start another fund, Hero Global Footbal Fund at end of last year with a £100k minimum investment and was working with David Elleray (Ref) and David Davies (FA Exec) on that one. I would rather invest in ...

Graeme,
I too can see that you are very loyal to the Gooners but on the whole Football Club investments don't seem to do well for the shareholders at least. I seem to remember a Unit Trust or some similar type of collective investment investing in football clubs, which was managed or offered by Alan Hansen back in the 90's, anyone know ...

Felicity,
You certainly set the blokes off with this thread...lol
Gotta admit I used to be making the same comments when I was driving in England but now, after being out here in Asia for last 8 months, I think you are all very professional drivers....Half the drivers out here were tanked up in the Pub before Skywalker and CMK got their first ...

The bank I looked at is ...

Ilona,
I have never heard the first rumour in your post about lodgers having any right to claim any part of the property value, no matter how long they have lived in your house. This could possibly only take effect if they were claimed that they were a live-in partner.
You should always have an agreement to cover yourself against any problems ...

The Mortgage Works are part of Nationwide BS, I did have a quick look at their website a few months ago and noticed they had quite hefty fees, think it was 2.5% of advance for BTL and 3.5% of advance for Self-certs.
Some other lender's have fixed fees rather than a percentage but you really need to compare the total amount payable including ...

Skywalker: Keep it simple. Keep single. Skywalker (never been, never will get married)
Clever bloke......

I can understand you feeling miffed about the poor return on your share save scheme but I would have loved to have had the chance to invest in various companies over the last two decades and still get the capital guaranteed with a little interest on top if share prices declined like recently.
You always had the chance of coming out with maybe ...
